Shipping policy

Each Moonroot order is prepared with care, ready to embark on its journey to you within 1-2 business days.

✨ Fast Shipping Schedule:

    •    Orders placed before 12 PM (PST) Monday through Friday will ship the same day.
    •    Orders placed on Saturdays before 12 PM (PST) will ship same day when possible.
    •    Orders placed on Sundays will ship on Monday.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details to follow your package’s  journey to your doorstep.

Delivery Times & Carriers
I partner with trusted carriers to bring my offerings to your doorstep. Typical delivery times vary by region, with most orders arriving within 3-7 business days. During high-demand seasons or holidays, there may be a bit of extra magic required—thank you for your patience.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. For orders over $50, I'm pleased to offer free shipping as a gift.
